1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using waytogo's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access our website and services for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• • Modify or copy our materials
• • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Course Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment Requirements

To enroll in our courses, you must be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Payment Terms

Course fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment plan before or upon the start date. We accept bank transfers, card payments, and cash. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. Refund Policy

• • First Week Guarantee: If unsatisfied within 7 days, we offer a full refund, no questions asked
• • Withdrawal Policy: Students may withdraw and receive a pro-rata refund up to 2 weeks into the course
• • No Refund: After 2 weeks of course start, no refund is available but course credit may be transferable
• • Cancellation: Courses cancelled by waytogo will receive full refunds or course transfer options

5. Attendance & Rescheduling

Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes. If you need to reschedule:

• • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance
• • Missed lessons may be recorded for asynchronous review
• • Maximum 2 rescheduled lessons per course
• • Habitual absenteeism may result in course termination

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including textbooks, video content, audio files, and written materials are the property of waytogo or our partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any course materials without written permission.

7. Student Code of Conduct

Students must maintain respectful behavior at all times, including:

• • Respect for instructors and fellow students
• • No harassment or discrimination
• • Professional language and conduct
• • Punctuality and prepared participation
• • Compliance with our policies

Violation of this code may result in course termination without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

waytogo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Warsaw.
